Carrying programme evidence into Member State engagement

Programme evidence was placed in front of named institutional decision points.

The problem

Findings sat inside programme reporting and did not reach the institutions able to act on them.

What we did

We mapped the decision points, built briefs that carried the source of every figure, and ran sustained engagement.

What changed

The findings entered institutional processes rather than staying in a report.

What is verifiable

The engagement record lists each institution, the brief lodged and the response received.

Attribution: Preparation and engagement are attributable to Sukuma. Institutional decisions remain with the institutions.
